1. Read the FAQ. I can’t tell you how annoying it is to answer the same question over and over. You can also check the previously answered questions. Both links are up there.
2. Specify which theme you need help with. Name or number is fine.
3. I won’t help you tailor a theme to your liking. I only answer questions regarding actual issues and simple how-to’s. Complicated customization questions are off the table, as explained in this post.
4. Asking off anon is more helpful, but anon is available if you’d rather.
5. If you’re like a private answer, just say so. I usually publish all questions so that people who may be having a similar problem can reference them, but I’d be happy to answer you privately if you’d like.
6. The only language I speak is English. I can sometimes fudge my way through German, but that’s about it.
